Umrah visa & documents, handled for you

Eligibility, vaccinations, biometrics and the Nusuk visa process — prepared and submitted on your behalf, so you never queue or guess.

New to Umrah? The paperwork can feel daunting. At Golden Umrah we manage your entire visa and documentation process through the Saudi Nusuk platform — you simply provide a few documents and we take care of the rest.

Who can perform Umrah?

Umrah is open to Muslims of all ages. There is no longer a mahram requirement for women travelling in an organised group. Children are welcome, and we help families prepare documents for every traveller.

Documents you'll need

  • Passport — valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
  • Passport photographs — recent, with a plain white background. We'll confirm the exact specification.
  • Vaccination records — meningitis (ACWY) is required; other seasonal requirements may apply.
  • Personal details — full name as on passport, date of birth and contact information.

The Nusuk visa process

The Umrah visa is issued electronically through Saudi Arabia's official Nusuk platform. Here's how we handle it for you:

  1. You send us your passport details, photo and vaccination record.
  2. We complete and submit your Nusuk application on your behalf.
  3. We track the application and keep you updated until approval.
  4. Your approved visa is linked to your travel — no embassy queues, no guesswork.
Requirements set by the Saudi authorities can change from season to season. We always confirm the current rules for your specific departure and advise you in good time.

How long does it take?

Visa approval is usually quick once documents are complete, but we recommend starting early — especially during peak periods. Reserve your place and send your documents as soon as you can so everything is settled well before departure.
